Lisa is the owner and heart behind Cristello Bridal. After almost 20 years working in Sales and Marketing, she followed her love for bridal and took the leap into a completely different world — and seven years later, she still absolutely loves what she does.

A busy mum of three girls, Lisa is naturally friendly, down-to-earth and has a real knack for making people feel comfortable from the minute they walk through the door. She believes finding your wedding dress should never feel intimidating or pressured — it should be one of the best parts of your wedding journey.

Lisa has built Cristello around exactly that philosophy: beautiful dresses, honest advice, incredible service and an experience where every bride feels listened to and completely herself.

She still loves being hands-on in the boutique, and despite everything that goes into running a business, nothing beats seeing that change in a bride when she steps into her dress and suddenly just knows.

Seven years, hundreds of brides of happy tears later, that moment is still Lisa’s favourite part of Cristello.

Meet Mandy, friendly, hardworking and always the first to go the extra mile, Mandy is a very special part of the Cristello team. She’s one of those people who simply gets stuck in-nothing is ever too much trouble, and she’ll always do everything she can to make sure our brides and their families feel welcome, relaxed and completely looked after. incredibly caring, she brings a warm and welcoming energy to Cristello Bridal and is always ready to help wherever she can. Whether she’s helping behind the scenes, supporting the team or making sure everything is just right for one of our brides, you can guarantee Mandy will be giving it 100%
